End user handsets are installed on desks as normal but calls are routed over the internet connection. The Voipfone system features almost all of the featured of an onsite PBX with the following additional benefits:
- No ties to geographical regions – you can assign any local area number to the phones
- No ties on office location – the phones will work anywhere there is a good internet connection
- All the normal phone system features such as call groups, call divert, music on hold, voicemail, conferencing, call pickups / transfer, reception free/busy lamps
- No restrictions on the number of simultaneous incoming / outgoing calls – as long as you have enough bandwidth you don’t need to pay BT for each incoming line
- Stable feature rich and reliable phones from SNOM
Validity do not make money on these systems we simply make money on designing and installing them for our customers.
